YTZ-150 Remote Resistance Pressure Gauges

Description

Local indication with remote resistance feedback

The YTZ-150 provides a mechanical pressure reading at the equipment and a resistance signal for a remote indicator or controller. Its built-in slide-wire transmitter follows the pressure mechanism, allowing a compatible receiving instrument to monitor pressure away from the measurement point.

The 150mm dial suits pump rooms, constant-pressure water supply equipment and industrial monitoring panels. The remote circuit can work with a compatible VFD or secondary instrument that accepts a potentiometer input. Select liquids, steam or gases that do not corrode the copper-alloy wetted components.

The mechanical dial operates without electrical power. The remote circuit uses excitation from the receiving instrument within the terminal-voltage limit. Match the resistance endpoints and wiring to that instrument before commissioning. The English manual includes the translated wiring diagram.

Installation and pressure selection

Install the gauge vertically and, where practical, at the same elevation as the measurement point. Account for liquid-head error if the elevations differ. Avoid vibration transmitted through the installation and use suitable isolation or damping where the process requires it.

Keep steady pressure between one-third and two-thirds of full scale. For fluctuating pressure, use between one-third and one-half of full scale. Verify the gauge at least every three months and arrange repair promptly if an indication or resistance-output fault develops.
