ELECALL

ELECALL, based in Yueqing, Zhejiang, offers instruments for level, pressure, flow and temperature measurement and control. Float switches are a particular area of focus, with cable-operated, miniature stainless steel, plastic and multipoint configurations for tank level monitoring, pump control and water treatment equipment.

From a sourcing perspective, ELECALL merits consideration for its range of float switches and complementary instruments. Its portfolio also includes pressure and differential pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, flow meters and level controllers. This makes it a candidate for equipment manufacturers, system integrators and distributors seeking to source several related measurement and control components from one supplier.

Hibelec recommends starting supplier evaluation with float switch samples, focusing on switching consistency, contact ratings, sealing and wetted-material compatibility. Pressure transmitters, flow meters and continuous level instruments should be assessed individually for accuracy, output signals and suitability for the intended operating conditions. For explosion-proof, hygienic or corrosive-media applications, confirm the certifications and material specifications for the exact model being purchased.
