YO gauges provide local pressure indication for oxygen cylinders, regulators and industrial oxygen equipment. Oil-free processing and copper-alloy pressure components support the intended oxygen-service configuration. The sealed steel case protects the mechanical movement, and the bottom connection suits radial installation.
Select a gauge whose pressure span, connection and oxygen-service preparation match the equipment. Maintain the supplied cleanliness during storage and installation, and keep oil or grease away from the pressure connection.

The YO-60 weighs approximately 104.6g. Pressure span, thread, material, scale design and accuracy can be specified for customized versions. The illustrated gauges have 0–1.6MPa scales; choose the actual calibrated span according to the oxygen equipment's pressure conditions.

Read the dial straight on at pointer level and use the unit printed on the scale. Inspect the window, housing, pointer and connection periodically. Remove a gauge from service if it has a persistent zero error, damaged parts or an unreliable indication.
The general pressure-gauge manual provides mechanical installation and maintenance guidance. The ordered oxygen-service preparation, cleanliness requirements, pressure span and YO model ratings apply to this family.
