Waterproof Head Thermocouple and RTD Probes

Description

Direct-contact sensing with waterproof heads

These probes place a sheathed sensing element directly in the measured medium for rapid thermal response. An integral connecting tube has threads at both ends to join the probe and terminal head. Head choices include compact aluminum, polished stainless steel and a large cavity version. Probe dimensions can be customized.

K, E, J and T thermocouples offer insulated, grounded or exposed junctions. Pt100 and Pt1000 RTDs use insulated sensing elements. Available sheath diameters are 3.2mm, 4.8mm and 6.4mm. These heads are described as waterproof; an IP rating is not specified.
