UQK controllers provide discrete level signals for filling, drainage and high- or low-level alarms. Float movement operates the switch through magnetic coupling across a nonmagnetic enclosure. The liquid-side float mechanism remains isolated from the microswitch assembly, and the output changes state at the upper and lower switching limits.
The stainless steel configuration uses a 304 stainless steel float, linkage and reinforced mounting flange with a rubber sealing gasket. A 316 stainless steel option is available for liquids requiring different material compatibility. Select the model, operating differential and installation direction for the tank.

| Model | Operating differential | Adjustment | Mounting |
|---|---|---|---|
| UQK-01 | 10mm | Fixed | Horizontal |
| UQK-02 | 25–550mm | Stepped | |
| UQK-03 | 8–1000mm; custom up to 2m | Stepless | Vertical; open vessel |
The operating differential is the level interval between the two switching limits. It is separate from the overall controller length. UQK-03 requires access through a removable tank cover because the float is larger than the flange opening.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Output | Magnetically actuated microswitch changeover contacts |
| Contact rating | 220–380VAC, 1A |
| Working pressure | 1.6MPa; UQK-03 is specified for open vessels |
| Standard operating temperature | −30–120°C |
| High-temperature configuration | Medium temperature up to 150°C |
| Protection | IP65 or higher; IP68 configuration available |
| Standard sensing assembly | 304 stainless steel; 316 stainless steel option |
| Flange and seal | Reinforced 304 stainless steel flange with rubber gasket |
| Weight | 1.2–2kg, depending on configuration |
Select the temperature and enclosure configuration for the installation. Use the contact output with a suitable relay, controller or contactor for pumps, valves and other inductive loads. The level controller's contact rating does not establish a motor starting-current rating.

All dimensions below are in mm. Use the matching outline drawing in the English attachment. The flange is a nonstandard raised-face connection.
| Model | Overall | Float diameter | Main projections | Additional drawing dimensions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UQK-01 | 368 | 75 | Rear 65; front reference 210 | 15, 14, 35 |
| UQK-02 | 465 | 75 | Rear 85; front 380 | Head Ø64; 10, 4, 38 |
| UQK-03 | 1250 | 102 | Rod-side reference 1150; head-side 107 | Head Ø64; 82, 45, 46, 3, 7 |
| Common flange dimension | Value, mm |
|---|---|
| Outside diameter | 120 |
| Bolt-circle diameter | 102 |
| Mounting holes | 6ר12 |
| Concentric face references | Ø90 and Ø78 |
Alternative float and linkage constructions use the following dimensions. Match the ordered assembly and its drawing before making a tank connection.
| Model | Overall, mm | Float diameter, mm | Other dimensions, mm |
|---|---|---|---|
| UQK-01 | 300 | 75 | Rear 65; front reference 210; 15, 4, 35 |
| UQK-02 | 465 | Specify with assembly | Rear 85; front reference 380; 10, 4, 35 |
| UQK-03 | 1250 | 120 | Lower reference 1150 |
The general construction is also available with a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel float and aluminum enclosure, with copper or stainless steel enclosure options. Select the required materials explicitly.
| Mating flange feature | Drawing reference |
|---|---|
| Outside diameter / bolt circle | Ø120mm / Ø102mm |
| Internal references | Ø89mm and Ø80mm |
| Height references | 30mm / 50mm |
| Thread callout | 6-M10×15; specify complete thread and engagement detail |
Install UQK-01 and UQK-02 horizontally with the threaded cable outlet facing down. Install UQK-03 vertically in an open vessel. Provide clearance for the float's full travel and use a mating flange that matches the specified dimensions.
For UQK-02, reposition the upper and lower stop screws on the sector lever to change the swing angle. Replacing the connecting rod with a different length changes the swing radius. For UQK-03, move the upper and lower locating collars on the float guide rod and adjust the lever counterweight. Test both switching levels after adjustment.
| Connection | Function |
|---|---|
| Center terminal column | Common |
| Outer terminal columns | Changeover contacts; identify NO and NC on the supplied assembly |
| Red lead in the illustrated cable | Common (COM) |
| Yellow lead in the illustrated cable | Normally closed (NC) |
| Green lead in the illustrated cable | Normally open (NO) |
In the indicator example, COM returns to neutral, NC connects to the indicator, and the indicator's other terminal connects to live. Select the contact for the required control logic and verify the actual terminal identification. Reliably earth the metal housing, normally at the flange, and isolate the circuit before work.
Use liquids compatible with the selected metals and gasket. Keep magnetic material out of the controlled medium and avoid severe level fluctuations, heavy sludge, floating debris or deposits that restrict movement. Specify the fluid, temperature, pressure, switching limits, float arrangement, flange dimensions and cable length when ordering.
