GSK switches combine a stainless steel stem and 100×100mm magnetic float with an aluminum junction box. The float follows the liquid level and operates reed contacts inside the stem. Model-specific 1000mm and 2000mm stem assemblies support level control in deep tanks, with custom lengths and switching elevations available.
The standard float and stem are 304 stainless steel; 316 stainless steel is available. The IP65 rainproof connection head suits appropriately installed outdoor equipment. The large float provides buoyancy for compatible water, oil, coolant and wastewater applications where the float can move freely.

Keep contact power, switching voltage and current within their limits together. Use the level contacts with a relay or suitable controller input. Select a relay, contactor or motor starter for pump and valve power, including the load's starting demand.

The following values are in mm and apply to GSK-1A, GSK-2A, GSK-1B, GSK-2B, GSK-1C and GSK-2C. Use them with H3 in the model table and the matching attached drawing.
| L1 | L2 | H1 | H2 | H4 | H5 | Connection size |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 88.5 | 20 | 88 | 23 | 23 | 100 | DN25 |
Select the exact threaded connection standard for the tank. H3 is the stem dimension in the drawing; the required upper and lower switching levels are separate order parameters.
A holding relay maintains operation between the starting and stopping levels. GSK-1A starts drainage at the high level and stops at the low level. GSK-1B starts filling at the low level and stops at the high level.

Use the actual supplied wire identification and a supply matching both relay and contactor coils. The contactor coil terminals A1/A2 are separate from auxiliary contact 13/14. The English wiring attachment includes the control circuit and operating sequence.
Install with unobstructed vertical float movement. Specify fixed sensing positions before manufacture; moving retaining clips does not move the reeds. A local single-contact operating travel can be approximately 10mm, while the tank's start/stop differential depends on the chosen sensing elevations and circuit.
Check the ordered contact logic at each level and test the complete filling, drainage or alarm sequence. Match materials to the liquid and temperature. Avoid heavy sludge, floating debris and viscous deposits that could restrict the float, and maintain clearance in wastewater service. Disconnect power before opening the head or servicing the assembly.
