EYT-60 Stainless-Case Bourdon Pressure Gauges

Description

Compact mechanical indication for industrial equipment

The EYT-60 uses a Bourdon tube and mechanical movement to indicate pressure without an electrical supply. Its polished 304 stainless steel case protects the movement, while a brass bottom connection suits compact pipework and equipment installations. The 60mm dial provides MPa and psi scales for convenient local readings.

Positive-pressure, vacuum and compound versions serve water supply and booster systems, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, leak checks and general process monitoring. Select media compatible with the brass connection and copper-alloy pressure components.

Bourdon-tube pressure sensing

Copper-alloy Bourdon tube and brass pressure block used for mechanical pressure sensing
The curved Bourdon tube converts pressure into movement that drives the dial pointer.

The widened tube provides elastic recovery, and the mechanical transmission converts its displacement into a pressure reading. Case venting helps release residual internal air during operation.

Range selection and maintenance

Choose the calibrated range and connection for the application. The general Y/EYT manual recommends steady pressure between one-third and two-thirds of full scale, or fluctuating pressure between one-third and one-half of full scale. Confirm the required positive and negative limits when specifying a compound gauge.

Install with a wrench on the connection, check zero while unpressurized and read the dial straight on. Inspect the window, pointer and process connection regularly. The general manual recommends professional calibration every 6–12 months.
