The EYS-80 provides digital pressure indication without an external power connection. A backlit LCD, selectable pressure units and maximum/minimum recording support field inspection, equipment commissioning, pressure testing and calibration work. The case and process fitting are made from 304 stainless steel.
Applications include pumps, compressors, industrial pipelines, hydraulic equipment, oil and gas systems, power-generation equipment, maintenance and laboratory pressure checks. Use water, oil, gas or other media compatible with the wetted stainless steel.

| Sensor/range group | Overload capacity |
|---|---|
| Ranges below 40MPa | 150% of full scale |

| Separate 100–200MPa high-pressure group | 200% of full scale |
Apply the overload rating for the configured sensor and range group. Display indication up to 110% of range does not extend the normal measuring range. Diffused silicon is the standard sensing construction; glass-microfused and strain-sensor options can be customized.

Briefly press UNIT to change units. Hold UNIT for three seconds to show MAX, then briefly press UNIT to show MIN; a further press returns to measurement. While a peak value is displayed, hold ZERO for three seconds to clear the records and start again. At zero applied pressure, hold ZERO for three seconds to correct a zero offset.

Use the power key to switch the gauge on or off and the backlight key to control illumination. Turn the backlight off when it is unnecessary and remove the batteries during long storage.
Apply installation torque to the process hex with a suitable wrench. Keep torque off the case and do not touch the sensing diaphragm. Ranges below 1MPa default to vertical mounting; ranges above 1MPa are not affected by installation direction. Correct any zero offset after installation. Flammable or explosive media require a suitable separately specified configuration.
The English user manual includes the standard configuration data, complete key functions, peak-recording procedures, outline dimensions and installation precautions.
