ESF Three-Phase Water Level Control Cabinets

Description

Three-phase pump and tank control

ESF water level control cabinets operate on 380VAC, 50Hz supplies. Float-switch inputs support water supply, drainage, water-shortage protection and upper/lower tank coordination. Applications include water towers, industrial water systems, irrigation, wastewater sumps, garage drainage and textile processing.

The cabinet integrates an AC contactor and motor-protection components. Available protective functions include overload, short-circuit, water-shortage and phase-loss protection. Select the configuration for the required filling, drainage or linked-tank duty, then check the pump load, electrical wiring and float-switch signals before operation.

Float-switch configuration and operation

ESF-1303F is the float-switch control configuration illustrated in the gallery. Its panel includes power and operation indicators, a circuit breaker and an automatic/off/manual control switch. Confirm the selected configuration's pump capacity and installed component ratings before connecting the load.

Check the wiring and float-switch operation during installation. Set the upper and lower control points for the tank arrangement, and verify water-shortage and linked-tank operation before placing the system into service.
