The EM2000S provides local differential-pressure readings and a 4–20mA signal for receiving instruments, PLCs and building-control systems. Its cast-aluminum housing incorporates multiple pressure ports, and the mounting arrangement matches the standard EM2000 mechanical gauge. Suitable applications include cleanrooms, HVAC equipment, air filters, ventilation ducts, laboratories, clean benches and air showers.

Press SET to select and edit parameters, using ▼/▲ to change the value. Press SET again to save, or allow five seconds without key input for automatic save and exit. With both pressure ports vented, hold ▲ for more than six seconds to zero the display.
HI defines the pressure corresponding to 20mA and Lo defines the pressure corresponding to 4mA. PDN selects 0–3 decimal places, CS applies a 0–5%FS small-signal cutoff, and UNI selects the pressure unit. The English manual contains the complete menu, current-output calibration steps and save/reset sequences.
Connect the brown lead to the positive loop supply and the blue lead to the loop return through the current receiver. Keep sufficient voltage available at the transmitter when selecting the receiving resistance.
For differential pressure, connect the higher pressure to HIGH and the lower pressure to LOW. For a signed positive or negative gauge reading, connect the pressure or vacuum source to HIGH and leave LOW open to atmosphere. A vacuum applied to LOW while HIGH is vented instead gives a positive vacuum-magnitude reading. Select the connection convention that matches the configured span.

Choose a clean, dry location without vibration and mount the instrument vertically. Select one high/low port pair and seal the unused duplicate pair with the supplied plugs. Fit the hose-barb connections without air leaks and arrange the tubing to keep condensate and contamination away from the sensing element.
The supplied mounting parts include two 1/8in hose-barb fittings, two 1/8in port plugs and three surface-mount lugs with screws. Pipe mounting uses a separate kit. Longer pressure lines increase response time.
