EM2000M LED Differential Pressure Gauges with Dual Outputs

Description

Local indication and two simultaneous analog outputs

The EM2000M measures low differential pressure in clean air and compatible nonflammable, noncorrosive gases. A bright LED display supports local readings, while simultaneous 4–20mA and 0–10V outputs connect to PLCs, building controls and monitoring equipment. Applications include HVAC, ventilation ducts, filters, cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and industrial air-handling systems.

Yellow4–20mA output
Green0–10V output

Disconnect power before wiring and verify polarity before energizing. Connect the higher pressure to “+” and the lower pressure to “-”. Seal unused duplicate ports and keep pressure lines free of leaks, dust and condensation.

Output scaling and zero adjustment

Press the center key to enter the menu, select an item with ▲/▼ and press the center key to edit. Save with the center key or wait five seconds for automatic save and exit. HI sets the pressure corresponding to 20mA; LO sets the pressure corresponding to 4mA. For example, HI = 2000Pa produces 20mA at or above 2000Pa, while LO = 100Pa produces 4mA at or below 100Pa.

The Unit menu selects Pa, kPa, mmWC or inWC. CS applies a small-signal threshold. Hold ▲ for six seconds with the pressure lines disconnected to zero the display. The English manual includes all menu codes, factory calibration restrictions and reset instructions.

Surface or flush mounting

For flush mounting, use a circular opening of 4-9/16in, approximately 115.89mm. For surface mounting, use three equally spaced 3/16in holes, approximately 4.76mm, on a 104.78mm bolt circle. Mount vertically in a dry location without vibration, using the supplied lugs, pressure fittings and plugs.

Check instrument and tubing seals periodically. Perform zero calibration annually and after operating conditions change. Use compatible dry gases and keep particles, corrosive vapors and high-temperature steam out of the pressure connections.
