The EM2000H monitors air and compatible nonflammable gases, displays pressure on an LCD, and provides upper- and lower-limit alarm contacts. A built-in buzzer gives local warning, while RS485 Modbus RTU allows remote reading of pressure, temperature and alarm settings. Applications include cleanrooms, ventilation systems, filter monitoring and air-conditioning equipment.

| Terminal | Function |
|---|---|
| 1 / 2 | 1: +24VDC; 2: DC supply negative |
| 3 / 4 | Upper-alarm contact; closes above the high threshold |
| 5 / 6 | Lower-alarm contact; closes below the low threshold |
| 7 / 8 | 7: RS485 A; 8: RS485 B |
AL H sets the upper threshold and AL L sets the lower threshold. The relay contacts are passive and require the controlled circuit's own supply. Choose the contact load to match the confirmed switching rating of the supplied controller.

Press SET to open the parameter menu, choose an item with ▲/▼, then press SET to edit it. Change the value with the arrow keys and press SET to save. The return/mute key exits the setting screen and supports audible-alarm muting. Digital settings include zero offset, measurement range, small-signal cutoff, alarm thresholds and communication parameters.
The RS485 interface supports function 03 holding-register reads. Default communication settings are address 1, 9600baud and no parity. The English manual includes the complete register map, frame examples, parity options and menu table.
Connect higher pressure to HIGH and lower pressure to LOW. For a signed gauge-pressure measurement, connect the pressure or vacuum source to HIGH and leave LOW open to atmosphere. Seal only the unused duplicate ports and keep fittings airtight.
Install vertically in a clean, dry location without vibration. Surface mounting uses three positions at 120° intervals; flush mounting uses a matching panel opening and mounting lugs. Pipe mounting requires a separate kit. Long pressure lines increase response time, and tubing should prevent condensate or contamination from reaching the sensing element.
