The ELE-806 uses a flush sensing face to reduce blockage when measuring viscous liquids or media containing particles. A 50.5mm sanitary clamp connection allows the instrument to be removed for cleaning or maintenance. The standard construction combines diffused-silicon sensing with a 304 stainless steel housing.
Applications include food processing, wastewater treatment, petrochemical equipment, vacuum systems and industrial automation. The family includes standard and digital versions, with high-temperature configurations identified separately. Explosion-proof, armored and glass-microfused constructions are additional customization choices.

The nominal sensing range does not define the allowable pressure of the clamp assembly. Select the sensor span together with the pressure and temperature ratings of the ferrule, clamp and seal. The 0–100°C rating applies to G1 and SG1 high-temperature constructions.
Specify the pressure range and reference, operating temperature, required output and local-display preference. For voltage versions, select the supply appropriate to the model. Use the flush diaphragm with compatible media and a correctly rated sanitary connection. The English catalogue provides the model selection tables and additional construction options.
