The ELE-801R family measures water, oil and hydraulic-fluid pressure in industrial automation, pump systems and high-pressure machinery. A glass microfused sensing assembly and integrated stainless steel pressure body provide a compact threaded instrument for liquid-pressure monitoring.
The one-piece construction avoids welded joints and internal sealing components in the pressure body, reducing potential leak points. High-sensitivity signal conditioning supports 4–20mA, 0–10V and 0–5V outputs for control-system integration. Select the pressure span, temperature capability and overload rating for the actual application.

Specify the required construction and use its nameplate ratings. Pressure, temperature and overload maxima are not simultaneous ratings for every configuration.
Select a process thread and wetted construction suitable for the medium and pressure. Use an isolation valve, depressurize the connection before removal and apply tightening torque to the hexagonal fitting. Protect against sharp pressure transients and keep the cable entry dry.
