ELE-600 Explosion-Proof Pressure Controllers

Description

Measurement, indication and alarm control

The ELE-600 integrates pressure sensing, local indication, control and signal transmission in one instrument. A microprocessor processes the diffused-silicon sensor signal and supports simultaneous 4–20mA transmission and two relay alarm outputs. The four-digit LED allows operators to read pressure at the installation point.

The instrument has an explosion-proof enclosure and 304 stainless steel construction. It is used in natural-gas equipment, chemical processes, water treatment, metallurgy, industrial automation, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems with compatible media.

Application and configuration

The analog signal provides continuous pressure feedback to a receiving instrument or control system, while the two relays provide local alarm or control functions. Select the pressure span, gauge or absolute reference, process connection and power supply for the installation. The 24VDC and 220VAC versions are separate supply configurations.

Interference-resistant signal processing supports use alongside industrial automation equipment. The compact enclosure combines the local display and control interface with the pressure connection, reducing the need for a separate pressure indicator.
