EHFS target flow switches monitor liquid flow in water circulation, HVAC, industrial cooling and pump-control systems. The target plate, bellows and lever operate an internal microswitch as flow changes. An adjustment screw sets the operating point for the application.
The white enclosure has IP65 protection. A plastic base and brass threaded connection provide the mounting interface, while the target plate uses 304 stainless steel. The family offers 1/2in, 3/4in and 1in connection sizes; the EHFS-15 configuration is specified with a 1/2in connection.

Use the switch with water or compatible liquids that do not attack the wetted materials. Install in a horizontal pipe or a vertical pipe with upward flow. Allow at least five pipe diameters of straight run on each side and align the housing arrow with the flow direction. Keep the target plate clear of the pipe wall and other restrictions.
The operating guide sets the factory adjustment at minimum flow. Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise to increase the operating flow. Excessive clockwise adjustment can prevent correct switching. Move the lever several times and verify that the microswitch clicks when the lever returns; do not change paint-sealed factory adjustments.
Disconnect power before wiring or commissioning. Use the designated grounding screw and avoid forces that could shift the microswitch or deform the assembly. Verify three operating cycles with the connected system, then refit the cover. The attached HFS operating guide is the shared paddle-switch manual supplied for this product.
