EFLT-2 Digital Float Level Transmitter

Description

Continuous float level indication

EFLT-2 converts the movement of a float along a guide rod into a continuous liquid level signal. The local LCD supports on-site reading, while current, voltage or RS485 outputs connect the transmitter to a monitoring or control system. Applications include water and wastewater treatment, marine equipment, power generation, industrial storage and process systems.

The insertion assembly uses stainless steel wetted components and a painted aluminum-alloy junction box. Precision welded construction and pre-shipment pressure testing support sealing performance. The electrical entry uses a sealed ABS engineering-plastic structure. A PTFE-coated guide rod can be specified for applications requiring additional chemical resistance.

Configuration for the tank

Choose the guide-rod length and mounting connection to suit the tank geometry and required level span. Select SUS304, SUS316 or a customized PTFE coating according to the liquid. The standard guide rod is 304 stainless steel. Keep the float travel clear of obstructions so movement can follow the liquid surface.

Choose the required output for the receiving system: 4-20mA current, RS485 communication, 1-5V or 2-10V voltage. The transmitter supports local indication and integration into liquid level alarm and control systems. Specify the required accuracy and supply arrangement with the mechanical configuration.
