EDF-1601E and EDF-1602E systems combine a stainless steel float level switch with a control unit for automatic filling, drainage and alarm functions. The sensor follows the liquid level and supplies switching signals to the controller for pump and liquid-level management.
Choose a single float for one sensing position or a dual-float assembly for separate upper and lower level signals. Applications include water tanks, reservoirs, water towers, pump supply systems and drainage pits.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Model family | EDF-1601E / EDF-1602E |
| Supply | 220VAC |
| Controller enclosure size | 150×200×130mm |
| Level detection | Stainless steel float switch |
| Float configurations | Single float or dual float |
| Control functions | Automatic filling, automatic drainage and alarm control |

Select the float quantity, sensing elevations and control function as a complete configuration. The enclosure dimensions do not define the sensor stem length. Match the float materials and temperature capability to the liquid being monitored.

| 5 | Float lead identified black |
| 6 and 7 | Controlled load output |
| Terminal | Connection |
|---|---|
| 1 and 2 | 220VAC supply: L and N respectively |

| 4 | Red float-signal lead |
| 5 | Black float-signal lead |
| 6 and 7 | Controlled load output |
Terminals 3, 4 and 5 are the float-input group. Follow the supplied sensor's wire identification and verify each contact at its operating level. Select the required filling, drainage and alarm arrangement before commissioning.
Install the float assembly with clear vertical travel and place each sensing position at the required level. Secure the control enclosure and close its cover and cable entries after wiring. Keep the float-input conductors separate from the mains connection.
Select the pump, valve or external contactor using the controller's actual output rating. Test the single- or dual-float signals, the pump start/stop sequence and the selected alarm functions. Isolate the supply before wiring, opening the enclosure or servicing the float assembly.
