The ECY-810 combines digital pressure measurement, indication and relay control. Adjustable upper and lower limits allow high-stop/low-start operation; reverse mode provides low-stop/high-start operation. Delay settings help reduce repeated pump starts when line pressure fluctuates.
Water-shortage protection, automatic pressure-change checking, parameter locking and power-off memory support unattended operation. Typical applications include water supply, pump systems, compressed air, hydraulic equipment, pipelines, water engineering, food-processing equipment and industrial automation using compatible media.

In normal control, the black–white circuit opens at the upper pressure limit and closes at the lower limit. Reverse mode changes the control direction. For loads above 700W, use the contactor arrangement in the English manual with a coil voltage matching the circuit. In a 380VAC arrangement, the controller and coil use line-to-line voltage.
| Function | Operation |
|---|---|
| h000 / h001 | Adjustable switching delay in seconds; h001 represents a one-second delay |
| P000 / P001 | Parameter protection prevents unintended changes |
| t000 / t001 | Normal or reverse pressure control |
| S000 / S001 | Automatic pressure check; opens the relay if pressure does not change for three minutes after closure |
| LuAL | Adjustable water-shortage pressure threshold |
| L000 / L001 | Detection time for pressure to reach the water-shortage threshold |
With run mode off and the pipe unpressurized, hold ▼ for five seconds to zero the reading. Briefly press ▲ to change pressure units. SET opens the lower-limit setting, then the upper-limit setting; use ▲/▼ to adjust and SET to save. If the lower value cannot be increased enough, set the upper limit first. Press ON/OFF to start operation.
To enter advanced settings, turn run mode on, hold SET for three seconds and use SET to move through the functions. Press ON/OFF twice to exit. A value of 000 disables the corresponding function. The English manual contains the complete menu procedures, functional wiring diagrams and troubleshooting table for E--F, E--E, E--I and E--r.
Tighten at the process hex with a wrench, keeping torque off the housing. Check the supply version and wiring before energizing. Protect the sensing diaphragm from contact with hard objects and zero the instrument after installation to compensate for mounting stress.
