The 800AS uses a hard flat diaphragm and strain-gauge sensing to measure gauge pressure in liquids and gases compatible with its wetted materials. The diaphragm structure helps resist blockage in slurry, mud and mineral pulp, making the transmitter suitable for mining, tailings pipelines, pulp handling and wastewater systems.
A silicon sensing element and precision signal-conditioning circuit provide rapid sampling and interference resistance. The stress-slot diaphragm design supports measurement at lower pressure ranges. The explosion-proof enclosure can be fitted with a four-digit LCD behind a high-strength glass window.

Select the pressure range, output and display configuration for the application. Analog outputs suit conventional receiving instruments, while RS485 supports digital communication with a compatible control system. Chemical-process equipment, hydraulic systems and industrial liquid or gas installations can use the same family when the medium is compatible with the wetted construction.
ELE-800A provides a hard flat diaphragm without a local display. ELE-800SA adds a four-digit LCD with a selectable five-digit mode. These configurations retain their own output and supply selections alongside the 800AS specifications above.
