Two compensation lead probe constructions
The 5508 and 5508L designs combine high-temperature compensation wire sensing with stainless steel protective tubes. The 5508L uses a transition tube with a threaded tail for a tapered spring and offers K, J or T grounded junctions. The 5508 is an insulated J-type probe with a pressed tube-to-lead joint. Other dimensions can be supplied.
