Description

Protected inserts with export-style connection heads

The 16000 family combines single or dual sheathed inserts with a separate protective tube. Choose a reinforced flanged assembly, a 6000-style solid drilled tube, or a straight drilled tube with an integral connecting stem. Polished aluminum, cast iron and A380 aluminum connection-head configurations are available.

Sheathed insert selections

Insert diameters are 3.2mm, 4.8mm or 6.4mm. Thermocouples offer insulated or grounded junctions with ±0.4%t accuracy; Pt100 inserts are insulated with Class A or B accuracy.

Select the outer protective-tube material for the intended medium and operating temperature as well as the sensing insert.
