ZVF380 Frequency Converter

Description

Overview

The ZVF380 is a vector frequency converter for asynchronous-motor control. It offers sensorless vector control, closed-loop vector control and V/F control, with motor auto-tuning and a 0-500Hz output range.

Control and operating functions

  • Static and dynamic motor-parameter tuning, torque control, droop control and automatic current and voltage limiting.
  • Built-in PLC, up to 16-speed operation, swing frequency, fixed-length and counting functions.
  • Built-in PID for pressure and flow loops, ten main and ten auxiliary frequency sources, and NPN/PNP input compatibility.
  • Modbus communication as standard, with support described for Profibus-DP, CANlink and CANopen fieldbuses and multiple encoder types.
  • Input/output phase-loss, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat, overload and motor short-circuit protection.

Installation and environment

The IP20 series is intended for indoor installation below 1000m altitude, with wall-mounted units and floor-standing cabinet arrangements represented in the captured data.
