ZVF300H Frequency Inverter

Description

Overview

The ZVF300H is an open-loop vector frequency inverter for speed control of asynchronous AC induction motors. General-duty G and fan/pump P ratings share the same product family, with sensorless vector, V/F and torque-control functions.

Control and operating functions

  • 0-600Hz output, automatic current and voltage limiting, undervoltage restraint and automatic voltage regulation.
  • Linear, quadratic and user-defined V/F curves, multi-step speed control, wobble-frequency operation and jog control.
  • Built-in PID for pressure, flow and temperature loops, plus Modbus communication for PLC and industrial-computer integration.
  • Panel, terminal and communication commands; keypad parameter copy; optional remote keypad and braking components.
  • Input phase-loss, overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and overheat protection.

Applications

Typical uses include conveyors and handling machinery, wire drawing and metal processing, industrial washing and exercise equipment, fans, pumps and blowers, CNC equipment, paper production, chemical and pharmaceutical machinery, and textile equipment.
