Description

Overview

The ZVF300 T2 is an open-loop vector frequency drive for three-phase 220V asynchronous motors. The captured range covers 0.4-110kW models for variable-speed machinery.

Control and operating functions

  • 0-600Hz output with multi-point V/F settings, adaptive current and voltage limiting, undervoltage restraint and automatic voltage regulation.
  • Multi-step speed and wobble-frequency operation, remote-keypad control and keypad parameter copying for multiple drives.
  • Built-in PID for temperature, pressure and flow control, plus Modbus communication with PLCs and industrial computers.
  • Hardware and software protection with an independent air path and enclosed electrical section.

Applications

The series is intended for speed control in metallurgy, plastics, textiles, food processing, chemical production, paper making, pharmaceutical machinery, printing, construction materials and lifting equipment.
