Description

Overview

The ZJR7-B is a soft starter for three-phase 220-480V, 50/60Hz squirrel-cage motors with an integrated bypass contactor. Its enclosure and higher-power dimensions are distinct from the ZJR7-E external-bypass series.

Control and protection

  • Independent control supply, LCD interface and selectable Chinese or English display.
  • Three switchable motor-parameter sets, PTC temperature-sensor input and RS485 communication.
  • Ten fault records and screw-fixed main terminals.
  • Starting and stopping settings must be adjusted for the actual load; the application table provides reference values.

Place to be used

Indoor; no corrosive gases, no conductive dust; well ventilated.

Altitude

The altitude does not exceed 1000m, if it exceeds 1000m and is less than 3000m, the current is reduced by 1% for each additional 100m.

Ambient temperature

Ambient temperature should be between -10℃～+40℃, +40℃～+50℃ should be derated, the current is derated by 2% for every 1℃ rise in temperature.

Ambient humidity

The relative humidity is no more than 90%, without dew condensation .

Vibration

Vibration force should be below 0.5G
