ZJR2-B Built-in Contactor Soft Starter

Description

Overview

The ZJR2-B integrates three bypass relays for three-phase 320-460V, 50/60Hz squirrel-cage motors. The captured range covers 5.5-55kW and must remain separate from the external-bypass ZJR2 series.

Starting and protection

Current-limit, voltage-ramp, kick-assisted, current-ramp and dual closed-loop starting modes.
Free stop or soft stop with a configurable 0-60 second stopping time.
Overcurrent, overload, phase-loss and instantaneous-stop protection.
RS485 is optional rather than standard and must be specified when required.

Applications

Applications include centrifuges, blowers, compressors, conveyors, mixers, rolling mills, crushers and other motor-driven machinery.
