ZHG-9603 Constant Pressure Pump Controller

Overview

The ZHG-9603 is a constant-pressure water-supply controller for systems with up to three main pumps and one auxiliary pump. It coordinates variable-frequency and fixed-frequency operation while maintaining the configured pressure conditions.

Control functions

• Timed pump rotation balances operating hours across connected pumps.
• Up to eight pressure periods support scheduled pressure settings and timed on/off control.
• Sleep and auxiliary-pump functions, positive or negative feedback, and water-supply or level-maintenance modes.
• Overpressure, low-level, sensor-disconnection and inverter-fault alarms, with selectable relay fault output.
• Feedback accepts a passive remote pressure gauge or active voltage/current transmitter; feedback-device power is adjustable from 0-24V.
• Standard 0-10V output can be adjusted, and an inverter fault can trigger fixed-frequency fallback within a pressure-control range.

Setup examples

The source provides parameter examples for one-, two- and three-pump arrangements, including pressure setpoints, overpressure limits, sleep frequency, wake-up width and pump-add or pump-reduction thresholds. These values are configuration examples and must be adapted to the installed pressure range and system design.
