Choose the encoder signal interface
UE20 counter modules provide two channels for pulse and encoder measurement. UE20-2CNT-P-24 accepts 24V PNP signals, UE20-2CNT-N-24 accepts 24V NPN signals, and UE20-2CNT-DS accepts differential encoder signals. Match the module to the encoder interface and required signal-cable length.

The differential model provides encoder power at terminals 13 and 14. Its 1A encoder supply rating is separate from the module system-supply current.
