Stainless steel cable ties are designed for secure cable bundling, mechanical fastening and identification in demanding indoor, outdoor and hazardous environments. They are suitable for petrochemical plants, food processing facilities, power stations, mining sites, shipbuilding, offshore platforms and other applications where corrosion, temperature, vibration or chemical exposure can shorten the life of standard plastic ties.
Key Features
High mechanical strength with reliable long-term fastening performance.
Excellent chemical durability, corrosion resistance and temperature resistance.
Available in 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel for different corrosion-resistance requirements.
Available uncoated for high-temperature applications or fully coated for added cable protection, installer safety and insulation between dissimilar materials.
Can be installed quickly with dedicated hand tools for fastening and cutting.
Product Types
Ball-lock type: easy application with a strong self-locking mechanism, angled rounded tail, rounded edges and smooth surfaces. Available uncoated or fully coated.
Ladder-lock type: self-locking design with a larger end slot and low-profile flat head. Available uncoated or fully coated with non-toxic, halogen-free polyester.
Heavy-duty band type: bands and heads made from corrosion-resistant 304 or 316 stainless steel. Bands can be fully covered with a non-toxic, halogen-free black polypropylene sheath.
Safer Handling
The rounded AISI #1 edges help remove burrs, sharp corners and rough surfaces that may damage cables or injure installers during handling and tightening.
Rounded edges help protect cables and installers.
Faster Installation
High-performance ball-lock stainless steel cable ties use a single-piece locking design for quick installation. Insert the tail, tension the tie and lock it securely in place.
Single-piece locking design for fast installation.
Built for Harsh Environments
In corrosive and harsh environments, using the wrong cable tie can lead to premature failure, downtime and safety risks. Stainless steel cable ties provide a durable fastening solution for applications that require long service life, continuous operation and protection against extreme conditions.
