Description

Two-contact 70A power modules

HMK70 inserts combine two power contact positions in a one-module carrier. Axial screw versions offer two conductor ranges; crimp versions use separate male and female carrier profiles. All six models are rated 70A at 1000V and have no PE contact.

The positive stripping allowance is shown beside the nominal length. Apply the torque and stripping entry for the actual conductor size within the selected terminal range. HMK70-002-MC and HMK70-002-FC crimp versions use a 15.5mm stripping length.

Axial screw insert dimensions

Both axial screw conductor-range variants share a 14.65mm width and 34.2mm overall cross-profile. Male inserts are 44.85mm long; female inserts are 46.45mm long. The drawings identify the conductor range and contact numbers for each version.

Crimp carrier dimensions

The crimp carriers are 14.6mm wide, with a 30.3mm body cross-dimension and a 34.2mm overall profile. The male carrier is 46.6mm long and the female carrier 48.3mm long.
