Description

Modular power and mixed contact layouts

HMK inserts occupy one module position and provide one, two, three or four power contacts, or three power contacts with four signal contacts. None of these inserts includes a PE contact. Select the exact contact layout, gender, termination and conductor range; a shared module size does not make different contact patterns interchangeable.

Axial screw models

Axial screw versions provide two or three 40A contacts. The .1 and .2 suffixes distinguish conductor ranges. All model codes below use the ULO-HD09- prefix.

Tighten axial screw terminals to 1.5N·m for 2.5mm² and 4mm² conductors, or 2N·m for 6mm² and 10mm² conductors. Apply each value only to a conductor size within the selected model's range.

Crimp power models

Crimp carriers are available for one 100A contact or multiple 40A contacts. Their ratings and wire ranges depend on the exact layout. Select the required crimp contacts separately for the conductor and carrier; the illustrated empty carrier does not define a complete contact set.
