HEE crimp insert selection

HEE inserts provide multipole connections for heavy duty connector assemblies. Choose the position count, male or female version and housing size together. Crimp contacts are ordered separately and must suit the selected conductor. Housings and accessories are separate components; check the insert outline, mounting arrangement and mating interface when specifying an assembly.

10-position inserts for size 6B

HEE-010-MC and HEE-010-FC have a 51mm by 34mm outline and 44mm by 27mm mounting centres. Male depth is 33.5mm; female depth is 36.5mm. The mounting cutout has a 35mm by 36mm main opening, with side notches and Ø3.3mm fixing holes as illustrated.

18-position inserts for size 10B

HEE-018-MC and HEE-018-FC have a 64mm by 34mm outline and 57mm by 27mm mounting centres. Male depth is 33.5mm; female depth is 36.5mm. The main cutout is 48mm by 36mm, with the side notches and fixing holes shown below.

32-position inserts and 64-position configurations

HEE-032 uses one 32-position block for size 16B. HEE-064 uses two blocks for size 32B, with positions 1-32 and 33-64. Each block has an 85mm by 34mm outline and 77.5mm by 27mm mounting centres. Depth is 33.5mm for male blocks and 36.5mm for female blocks. The 68.5mm by 36mm cutout shown is for an individual block; it does not define the complete two-block assembly opening.

HEE-046 uses one 46-position block for size 24B. HEE-092 uses two blocks for size 48B, with positions 1-46 and 47-92. Each block has a 111.5mm by 34mm outline and 104mm by 27mm mounting centres. Male depth is 33.5mm; female depth is 36.5mm. The illustrated 95mm by 36mm main cutout is for one block.
