HDD High-Density Crimp Inserts

Description

HDD high-density inserts use 10A crimp contacts in single-block and paired-block arrangements. Contact counts range from 24 to 216 plus protective earth. Male and female versions share the electrical ratings, while contact layout and enclosure size vary by model.

Paired blocks and drawings

Select both blocks in the required gender for 144- or 216-contact assemblies. The 144-contact configuration uses HDD-072 blocks in H32B sizing; the 216-contact configuration uses HDD-108 blocks in H48B sizing.

The attached male and female drawings cover the 24-, 42-, 72- and 108-contact blocks. Use the 72- or 108-contact drawing for the corresponding block geometry in a paired assembly; those drawings do not show the complete two-block installation.
