HDD insert selection

HDD inserts provide closely spaced crimp contact positions within heavy duty connector assemblies. Choose the male MC or female FC model by circuit count and housing size. All listed configurations include protective earth. Crimp contacts are ordered separately for the required conductor size; housings, tools and other assembly components are separate selections.

HDD-024 uses a 51mm by 34mm outline with 44mm by 27mm fixing centres. Male depth is 33.6mm and female depth is 36mm. The drawings show M3×10 fixing screws, a 1.2mm mounting flange and the 24-position contact pattern.
