HD Crimp-Terminal Inserts

Description

HD crimp-terminal inserts provide 15, 25, 40, 64, 80 or 128 contacts plus protective earth. The family uses 10A copper-alloy crimp contacts with hard-gold or hard-silver plating options. Choose the contact count, mating gender and enclosure size before specifying contacts for the wire cross-section.

Numbered blocks and installation drawings

The 80-contact arrangement pairs a standard HD-040 block numbered 1-40 with a second HD-040 block numbered 41-80. The 128-contact arrangement similarly pairs HD-064 blocks numbered 1-64 and 65-128. Select both blocks in the required gender and use the matching H32B or H48B enclosure.

Attachments cover the individual male and female insert outlines and panel cut-outs. The drawings labelled 41-80 or 65-128 describe the second block, rather than the complete two-block assembly.
