The HB-H6 Series AC Drive is a general-purpose high-performance current vector control drive for asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. It is designed for automation equipment such as textile machinery, paper-making equipment, wire drawing machines, machine tools, packaging equipment, food machinery, fans and pumps.
Control Features
Supports vector control for asynchronous motors and synchronous motors.
Supports multiple encoder types, including differential encoder, open-collector encoder, UVW encoder and resolver.
Sensorless flux vector control provides 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz when the motor is locked-rotor.
High starting torque: 150% startup torque at 0.5Hz without sensor vector control, and 180% startup torque at 0.0Hz with sensor vector control.
Quick torque response: <20ms without sensor control and <5ms with sensor vector control.
Torque limitation helps protect the motor and connected equipment when torque command exceeds the maximum motor torque.
