The HB-H6 Series AC Drive is a general-purpose high-performance current vector control drive for asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. It is designed for automation equipment such as textile machinery, paper-making equipment, wire drawing machines, machine tools, packaging equipment, food machinery, fans and pumps.
Control Features
- Supports vector control for asynchronous motors and synchronous motors.
- Supports multiple encoder types, including differential encoder, open-collector encoder, UVW encoder and resolver.
- Sensorless flux vector control provides 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz when the motor is locked-rotor.
- High starting torque: 150% startup torque at 0.5Hz without sensor vector control, and 180% startup torque at 0.0Hz with sensor vector control.
- Quick torque response: <20ms without sensor control and <5ms with sensor vector control.
- Torque limitation helps protect the motor and connected equipment when torque command exceeds the maximum motor torque.
