The bulkhead bases have a 165×113.70mm flange, 148×70mm mounting-hole centres, 6.40mm flange holes and a 117×81mm panel cutout. The body height is 40mm. Allow a further 38.50mm beyond the dimensioned flange edge for the lever and 12mm at the opposite side for the open cover on the CV version.

The covered surface base has a 141×120mm footprint, 111×106mm mounting-hole centres and a 99mm body height. Allow 31mm beyond the dimensioned base edge for the lever and 12mm on the cover side. Thread codes beginning with 2 indicate two cable entries of the named size.

Assembly planning

Match the insert, enclosure interface and locking system before assembly. Check cable bend space, gland clearance and the full lever and cover travel against the individual drawing. Electrical ratings and contact counts depend on the installed insert.
