These HC01 3A protection covers use grey polycarbonate bodies with opposing locking studs. Choose the tether attachment and the M or F version for the intended mating arrangement. F covers include the NBR sealing ring shown in their sectional drawings.

The nylon tether has a Ø0.8mm diameter. The 60mm and 90mm values refer to the dimensioned tether sections in the drawings; the loop or eyelet geometry is specified separately. Match the cover dimensions and sealing arrangement to the connector being closed.
Both loop-tether versions have a 27×27mm cover outline, 22.4mm height and 35mm width across the opposing studs. The F drawing identifies the sealing ring at the lower edge.
The eyelet versions retain the 27×27mm cover outline, 22.4mm height and 35mm stud width. Their 90mm tether sections terminate in Ø3.2mm fixing eyelets.
