FL-HST Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing

Description

Wire insulation and joint protection

FL-HST tubing is made from irradiated cross-linked polyolefin for electrical insulation, harness identification, joint protection and strain relief. Select a supplied bore that fits over the component and a recovered bore suited to the finished assembly.

  • Operating temperature: -55°C to +125°C.
  • Minimum shrink temperature: +70°C; full recovery at +110°C.
  • Dielectric strength: at least 15kV/mm.
  • Flame-retardant VW-1 and halogen-free options are available.
  • Shrink-ratio options: 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1. The dimensions below apply to the listed 2:1 models.

2:1 model dimensions

All dimensions are in mm. Recovered D1 is the bore diameter; recovered D2 is wall thickness.
