FL corrugated conduit provides a flexible outer covering for cable assemblies in vehicles, machinery and electrical installations. Slit construction supports fitting around existing harnesses; non-slit tubing encloses cables in a continuous tube.
Available material options include polypropylene (PP), Nylon6 (PA6) and polyethylene (PE). Performance depends on the selected grade and fitting arrangement; the following range-level options are not interchangeable material specifications.
| Model | Inside × outside diameter (mm) | Static bend radius (mm) | Dynamic bend radius (mm) | Roll length (m) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FL10.0 | 6.5×10.0 | 13.0 | 33.0 | 100 |
| FL11.6 | 8.00×11.6 | 15.0 | 37.0 | |
| FL13.0 | 9.50×13.0 | 18.0 | 41.0 | |
| FL15.8 | 12.0×15.8 | 22.0 | 50.0 | |
| FL18.5 | 14.3×18.5 | 33.0 | 61.0 | |
| FL21.2 | 17.0×21.2 | 38.0 | 72.0 | |
| FL25.5 | 21.0×25.5 | 40.0 | 80.0 | |
| FL28.5 | 23.0×28.5 | 44.0 | 92.0 | 50 |
| FL34.5 | 29.0×34.5 | 53.0 | 113.0 | |
| FL42.5 | 36.0×42.5 | 61.0 | 140.0 | |
| FL54.5 | 48.0×54.5 | 78.0 | 180.0 | 25 |
Use the dynamic bend radius for moving cable routes and verify the selected material and fitting combination for the operating environment.
