DZM Series VRLA Battery

Description

DZM Series is a VRLA battery series using poor-fluid design and tight assembly technique. The series uses a special craft formula for low-temperature and high-current discharge performance, high-purity raw materials and chemical additives to reduce self-discharge, and an electrolyte formula that supports recovery after deep discharge.

Product Characteristics

Charging

  • Constant-current charging: charge to 14.8V/pc by 0.15C2-0.18C2 A constant current.
  • Constant-voltage charging: continue charging at constant voltage 14.8V/pc, then transfer to trickle charge when charging current drops to 300mA for 10Ah or 500mA for 17Ah.
  • Trickle charging: continue at 13.8V/pc until charging current is minimal, stable and unchanged for 2 hours.

Discharging

  • Maximum starting current should be limited to 1.5C.
  • Normal operating current should be controlled within 0.2C.
  • Minimum discharge protection voltage for each 12V battery is 10.5V.
  • Recharge promptly after use, especially after about 65% depth of discharge.
