CUK Screw-type Terminal Blocks for NS32 and NS35 Rails

CUK screw-type terminal blocks mount on NS32 G-section or NS35 U-section rails. The range includes feed-through, double-level, interconnection, switch and fuse arrangements. General terminals use a polyamide66 insulating housing, enclosed screw-guide holes and white marking positions at both upper ends. Gray GY is the standard color; custom colors are available.

Central and side bridges distribute potential where the particular model supports them. Double-level terminals stagger the upper and lower levels by 2.5mm for identification and screwdriver access. The /2Q configurations allow bridging at either level. Select the full model together with its rated voltage, conductor type, rail-mounted height and accessories.

Terminal Ratings and Conductor Ranges

Conductor ranges are in mm². The rigid, flexible and AWG specifications are separate references. The electrical tables identify IEC60947-7-1; this reference does not assert a separate product certification.

CUK-95 has a maximum load reference of 232A. CUK-150 has a separate maximum load reference of 309A with a 150mm² rigid conductor; its tabulated current is 308A. The maximum reference is distinct from the tabulated rating.

Terminal Dimensions

All dimensions are in mm. The final height is the installed height on the U-section rail, distinct from the body height.

Fuse Terminal Selection

CUK-4RD and CUK-10RD accept G-type 5×25mm fuses. CUK-4RD uses an opening fuse bracket in a closed housing; CUK-10RD uses a screw-cap fuse arrangement. Circuit current depends on the installed fuse. Indicator versions signal fuse continuity; their applicable voltage and small indicator current are distinct from the terminal body's 800VAC reference.

Accessory Functions

Insulating spacers separate neighboring bridges electrically, can be inserted afterward and do not occupy extra rail length. AP spacers separate terminal groups visually and electrically. DG and DP compensation plates align neighboring ordinary and double-level terminals and are 2.5mm thick. ZB bars provide horizontal or vertical characters in 10-position arrangements. KLM-A clips have adjustable height and a 44×7mm writing area; CUK-B1 marking terminals fit either rail profile and have a 44×17mm writing area. E/UK end fixings secure the end of a row and accept marking parts.

On CUK-35B and CUK-50, the central bridge has an insulated screw head and requires opening the housing's separating section before bridging. The CUK-35B side bridge inserts into the clamping frame and engages the insulating housing. Use the exact accessory references in the tables for the applicable terminal.
