CTM70 multifunction signal towers combine a nominal 70mm light body with selectable flashing/steady operation and an adjustable supply configuration. Choose one to five color layers, a silent version or intermittent beep or police-siren sound, and a disc, side-nut or square-folding mount.
SMD LEDs illuminate prism-pattern PC lenses above an ABS base and heat-resistant ABS reflector. The typical life reference above 50,000 hours applies to high-brightness LED components rather than the complete assembly. Color combinations can be specified beyond the five common stacks below.

The D supply configuration covers the three stated supply settings. Configure the unit for the intended supply before energizing it. CTM70-RYG/CSD-C10L06 selects three red/yellow/green layers, police-siren sound, selectable light, adjustable supply, a square-folding base, 100mm rod and 0.6m cable.
All 45 models below use S selectable flashing/steady light, initially steady, D adjustable supply for 12VAC/DC, 24VAC/DC or 220VAC, and a 0.6m cable. SD is silent, ASD adds an intermittent beep, and CSD adds police-siren sound.

External contacts control the light and sound circuits. Use the supply and polarity arrangement for the configured unit. An open mode jumper selects flashing; fitting the link selects steady light.
Turn a lens module counterclockwise until its marks align, then lift it off. For assembly, align the marks, press downward and turn clockwise until the triangular mark reaches the index.
Keep the cable outlet from facing upward. Regular IP43 configurations require upright vertical mounting because their water protection is below IPX4. Use the fixing pattern for the selected bracket and tighten the mounting hardware.
Disconnect power before installation, wiring, operation on the assembly or maintenance. Check the selected configuration and rated supply, secure the installation, exclude conductive dust and liquid, and protect wires against impact and abrasion. Seek qualified service for complex faults and high-voltage components.
These lights are intended for industrial signaling. High-reliability infrastructure, personal-safety functions, harsh environments, fire or explosion hazards, military uses and aerospace projects require a specifically designed and expressly confirmed configuration.
