CTI50 integrated warning lights provide red, yellow and green indication in one nominal 50mm light body. Select steady, flashing or selectable light, with no sound, an intermittent beep or continuous sound. Disc and 90° square-folding mounting configurations suit different installation positions.
SMD LEDs illuminate a PC lens above an ABS base. The high-brightness LED component life reference is typically above 50,000 hours; this is separate from complete-assembly service life. The integrated light body is 148mm high, with the complete illustrated assemblies 298mm high.

CTI50-RYG/ASB-A10L06 selects the integrated red/yellow/green light with intermittent sound, selectable light, 24VAC/DC supply, disc mount, 100mm rod and 0.6m cable. Sound code B and supply code B occupy different positions and have different meanings.
All twelve common models use the RYG integrated light, S selectable flashing/steady operation with flashing as the factory setting, a 100mm rod and 0.6m cable.

Mounting brackets are ordered separately. Select the bracket and fixing pattern with the complete installation in mind; dimensions below are in mm. Nominal50mm size and the Ø46 upper-body callout describe different dimensional references.

Turn the lens module counterclockwise until the alignment marks match, then lift it off. To assemble, align the marks, press downward and turn clockwise until the triangular mark reaches the index.
Disconnect power before installation, wiring, work on the light or maintenance. Verify the selected configuration and supply, secure the installation, keep conductive dust and liquid out, and protect wiring against impact and abrasion. Complex faults and high-voltage components require qualified service personnel.
The light is intended for industrial signaling. High-reliability infrastructure, personal-safety functions, harsh environments, fire or explosion hazards, military uses and aerospace projects require a specifically designed and expressly confirmed configuration.
