Description

CDT6-P Adjustable Delayed Pulse Timers

CDT6-P produces a relay output pulse after a selected delay. The delay and pulse width are adjusted separately, allowing a control load to operate for a defined period after waiting. Timing covers 0.1s to 100 days, and shorting S to A1 resets the timing sequence.

Choose P1 for one changeover contact or P2 for two changeover contacts, with 10A or 16A contact options. The 18mm-wide housing mounts on a 35mm DIN rail. Green power and red relay-output LEDs indicate operation.

The web labels CDT6-P1 and CDT6-P2 distinguish contact arrangements. The complete code specifies contact rating and supply as well. The common models above illustrate four selections; other choices follow the ordering guide.

Delay, Pulse Width and Reset

CDT6-P timing diagram with supply Un, S reset input, t1 delay and t2 relay pulse width
Applying supply Un starts delay t1. The output then closes for pulse width t2. The S-to-A1 reset interrupts the sequence; after release, the illustrated sequence restarts with t1 followed by t2.

Separate front range/value knobs set t1 and t2. The manufacturer specifies a ten-position timing range covering 0.1s to 100 days. Set the waiting time and output pulse width for the required operating sequence, then verify the reset connection and output contacts.
