Description

CDT6-A/B Single-Function DIN Rail Timers

CDT6-A/B time relays provide knob-set timing for control circuits, including heater operating time, pump operation and fan disconnection sequences. Choose A for power-on delay or B for delayed disconnection, then select the contact arrangement, contact rating and supply. The 18mm-wide housing mounts on a 35mm DIN rail.

The range includes one timed changeover contact, two timed changeover contacts, or one timed contact plus one instantaneous contact. Eight timing ranges cover 0.1s to 10 days; separate ON and OFF positions complete the ten-position range selector. Green and red LEDs indicate power and relay output respectively.

Timing Functions and Settings

CDT6 A and B timing charts including AT and BT instantaneous contacts, supply Un, control input S and delayed outputs
Timing charts distinguish A and B operation and show the extra instantaneous output on AT/BT. Un is the supply, S the control input and t the selected delay. Use the chart for the chosen function and maintain the required supply during operation.
Ten CDT6 delay selector positions including eight time ranges, only ON and only OFF
Selector ranges: 0.1–1s, 1–10s, 6–60s, 1–10min, 6–60min, 1–10h, 0.1–1 day and 1–10 days, plus only ON and only OFF. The second knob sets the value within the selected timing range.

Connections and Mounting Dimensions

CDT6 terminal and connection diagrams for single, dual and timed plus instantaneous contact versions
A1/A2 are supply terminals and S is the control input. The first changeover uses 15 common, 16 NC and 18 NO; the second uses 25 common, 26 NC and 28 NO. The diagrams show each contact arrangement and its supply/control connection.
CDT6 front and side dimension drawing showing 18mm width, 90mm height and 65mm depth
Overall size is 90mm × 18mm × 65mm. The side profile additionally identifies 31mm and 19mm upper depth sections; the front drawing locates the supply/control and output terminal rows.

The selection document lists CCC with GB/T14048.5 and CE with EN60947-5-1. Certificate document numbers are available from CNTD. Match the load to its applicable duty rating and the ordered contact version.
