Description

BX25-40G GE Series Premix Low NOx Gas Burner is a fully premixed ultra-low NOx gas burner family for boiler and process heat systems, covering the 120 to 400 kW output range.

Operating Modes

Single-stage; Electronic modulation

Key Features

  • Metal-fiber surface combustion helps distribute the flame evenly.
  • Gas and air are premixed before combustion.
  • Fully premixed combustion provides fast combustion speed and a short flame, helping inhibit NOx formation.
  • Minimum NOx emission can reach 18 mg/m3.
  • Single-stage operation and electronic proportional adjustment are supported according to model configuration.
  • Electronic proportional regulation uses two servomotors to control the gas and air ratio.
  • A combustion-air filter helps reduce blockage risk during long-term burner-head operation.
  • An ionization electrode monitors flame presence.
  • Electrical protection rating is IP40.
