BTN210-250GC Series is a gas burner family for medium-to-large boiler and process heat applications, covering 470 to 2650 kW with two-stage, progressive, or modulating control.

- Air and gas are mixed in the burner head for stable combustion.
- Combustion air and blast-pipe settings can be adjusted during commissioning.
- The hinged body can open from both sides, making maintenance access easier.
- Maximum and minimum air flow for the firing stages is controlled with high precision; the air damper closes fully at shutdown to reduce chimney heat loss.
- A cam-driven servomotor adjusts air and fuel delivery together.
- Fixed boiler coupling flange supports secure installation.
- Combustion air intake includes a throttle damper.
- Three-phase motor drives the fan.
- An ionization electrode monitors flame presence.
- Electrical protection rating is IP40.
