Description

BTN1200-1800HC HAE Series is a heavy oil burner family for boiler and industrial heat applications, covering the 1715 to 17500 kW output range with staged or electronic modulation configurations.

Key Features

  • Air atomization supports stable heavy-oil preparation for combustion.
  • Combustion air and head settings can be adjusted for optimized combustion.
  • The hinged body opens from both sides for easier maintenance.
  • Progressive or proportional versions use a servomotor for first- and second-stage air-flow regulation.
  • Electronic proportional control uses two servomotors to regulate fuel and air independently.
  • When firing pauses, the damper closes to reduce heat loss in the furnace.
  • A cam-driven servomotor can adjust air and fuel supply together.
  • A flange and high-temperature insulation pad are used for boiler connection.
  • The air inlet is designed with noise reduction.
  • High-temperature stainless-steel flame disc supports durable operation.
  • An independent heavy-oil electric heater group and three-phase motor drive the oil pump.
  • Light resistance monitors flame presence.
  • Electrical protection rating is IP40.
